45° Lock mitre router bit

This router bit makes a clean 45-degree cut, so you can create strong, precisely aligned corner joints for drawers, boxes and hollow columns.

The interlocking cut gives a mechanical advantage: the parts don't slip when clamped.
Suitable for joining boards at a 90-degree angle, such as in frames, cabinets and wardrobes.
Optimal shear angle and extra-thick cutting points ensure precision and a long tool life.
Creates decorative edges that give furniture and other workpieces a unique finish.
Sharp rake and shear angles ensure a smooth, accurate, splinter-free cut.
Suitable for solid wood, chipboard, MDF and plywood.
Heat-resistant Teflon coating and an anti-kickback design reduce the build-up of sawdust, resin and pitch.
